The family he works for is small now, but he's got ambitions. Some day, he's going to make it to the big time. It just a matter of patience and hard work.

He is aloof, but charming if he's in the right mood. Quick to anger with a wicked temper. Tenacious when he wants something and not at all above going to criminal lengths to get it. Doesn't have much use for the law and considers the authorities his adversaries in a very dangerous game.

Her parents divorced when she was ten and her mother took full custody of her and her older brother, Val. Ever since, her father's been missing in action. She gets a postcard from him now and again and the occasional call on her birthday, but not much else. The bitterness over the loss of her father in her life is a point of contention between her and her mother. She's always blamed her mom for her dad leaving. They fight about it all the time.

She and her brother get along okay. She tells him he's a big dick even though she kind of looks up to him.

These days, all she really cares about is photography, hanging out with her friends, and getting into trouble... without getting caught.

The decision did not go over well with their father who told Sam to never come back. After Sam left, John became distant, taking more and more hunts alone. Longer hunts. Further away.

So much for family togetherness.

Dean's on his own most of the time these days. He tells himself that's how he likes it.
